it’s been a while

i haven’t posted in a few weeks. it’s been a rough christmas.

my grandad passed away on the 28th of december 2019 and it was the hardest thing i’ve gone through. i’m still hurting a lot but my friends have helped me a lot.

i haven’t eaten much which is weird for christmas. what i ate today was a subway 6 inch tuna melt. 470 calories. i feel disgusting but i’m working on not being afraid to eat anymore.

my grandad has been in hospital since november when his health got to his worst and he died there. i only went to see him a few times because i was really sick and didn’t want him to catch anything from me. i feel shitty now because i haven’t seen him a lot and now he’s gone.

i didn’t eat for 5 days a few weeks ago because the smell of the hospital put me off food. i’m scared to weigh myself and i don’t even think i lost that much. i feel like crap.
